COVID-19 Guidelines – Ocean Promenade Hotel

Dear valued guest,

We are pleased to welcome you to The Ocean Promenade Hotel.

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues the hotel has altered our protocols to adhere to the British Columbia Public Health Officer.

Housekeeping:

Housekeeping will NOT be conducting cleaning service at this time. Long term stays will be provided service once a week. We ask that you are not present during cleaning and that you are vacated for at least 3 hours.

We ask that you call the front desk between the hours of 9:00am – 12:00pm if you require drop off or pick up any housekeeping supplies. Please use the bags provided for any dirty linens and garbage. Place the bags outside of your door for daily pick up.

We will leave supplies outside of your door as requested.

Maintenance:

Please call the front desk with any maintenance issues that arise. Please note that maintenance will only enter the room for emergency repairs.

We ask that you leave the room while the repairs are being made. This is for your safety and theirs.

Check-in/Check-out:

Due to the new hotel restrictions, we are unable to provide early check in or late check out currently.

Check out time: 11:00 am

Check in time: 4:00 pm

Please double check your room before departure and ensure that you have all your belongings. Any items left in the room will be discarded.

No Visitor’s Policy:

Only registered guests will be allowed into the hotel. We ask that you do not allow any outside visitors to your room. Any food delivery that you arrange must be picked up at the front desk lobby area.

NO SMOKING ANYHWERE IN HOTEL Smoking will result in a minimum of $250.00 charge.

Masks Policy:

Masks are now mandatory in all public spaces in the hotel including hallways, lobby, elevator etc.
